Welcome!
 I teach computers to
students in kindergarten through second grade. The 2015-2016 school
year will be my twentieth year with the Monticello School
District.
After student teaching in a first grade classroom, I joined the staff at Lincoln as a computer
teacher. I have also taught self-contained grades 2 and 4.
In
addition to teaching, I have worked in the retail world with both
Bath and Body Works and Ann Taylor. I have also been a cast member
for Walt Disney World Epcot Center in the Living Seas as well as
Honey, I Shrunk the Audience.
During my free time, I like to
hang out with my dog Riley. He is about 7 years old, and I think he is a Tibetan Terrier. I adopted him from the Randolph County Humane Society when he was brought in as a stray dog. His breed is a mystery, but he seems to fit the characteristics of a Tibetan Terrier. He is definitely lively and loving!
I also like to spend time with family and friends, travel,
scrapbook, take photographs, and listen to music.
